With all the problems brought about by climate change, everyone is doing their part to Go Green! Yup, there is still hope- we can still save Mother Earth. If we want to save our health, then it is about time that we Go Green when it comes to our diet as well. For this week’s FTF, I decided to share with you some Green recipes like Fern Salad.
For Fern Salad, here are the ingredients and procedure:
Pako or fern tips choose only the tender tips(blanched)
Medium sized tomatoes sliced
Salted egg sliced as well
Vinegar or Calamansi juice for dressing
Salt and pepper to taste
All you need to do is toss all the ingredients into your mixing bowl. This is a very simple and yet healthy dish. You may want to add some fruits in season if you like.
