This gastronomic delight is easy to prepare. It does not take an expert to prepare any of the easy oven baked chicken recipes that can be found over the internet or cook book.
I did not personally prepare this baked chicken, it was the mom of my cousin-in-law’s co-worker who made this yummy dish. But as soon as I get to purchase my own oven, this will be one of the first recipes that I will surely prepare. My kids love chicken whether fried, grilled, roasted or baked.
Here are the simple steps on how to prepare an easy oven baked chicken:
Ingredients
- 1 (3 pound) whole chicken, cut into parts
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cups crushed saltine crackers
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- Dip the skinless chicken pieces in the melted butter/margarine. Coat with the crushed salted cracker crumbs. Place on a cookie sheet lined with tin foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
Definitely a no-sweat delicious recipe that your family will enjoy
